What VoiceMark is
A digital audio guestbook for weddings and other private events. The host purchases a tier, receives a unique QR code and signage template, and shares it with guests at their event. Guests scan the code, record a short message in their phone browser, and the host receives the cleaned, transcribed messages in a private dashboard.
Pricing and purchases
VoiceMark is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Three tiers: Digital Standard ($79), Premium Access ($129), The Heirloom Suite ($179). Prices listed in USD. Tier features and recording caps are described on the pricing page and apply at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Two refund paths. First: fourteen-day money-back from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Second: if your event date passes and neither you nor any of your guests have used VoiceMark (zero recordings, zero dashboard logins), we refund in full within 24 hours of the event date. Email hello@getvoicemark.com to request either refund.
Audio quality
VoiceMark cleans every recording before it appears in your dashboard. Cleanup is best-effort: if a guest records in a room too loud for cleanup to work, our recorder warns them before they submit (the Crystal Clear Guarantee). We don't guarantee studio quality from a wedding reception, but we do guarantee transparency about what made it through.
Acceptable use
Hosts are responsible for the content of recordings made at their event. VoiceMark may not be used to collect illegal content or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove recordings that clearly violate this term and, in serious cases, suspend the account.
Intellectual property
Hosts and their guests retain all rights to the audio they create. VoiceMark holds rights only to its own software, design, and brand. We do not use customer recordings to train models or build any other product.
Limitation of liability
VoiceMark is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the tier in question. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability of the service on a specific event date provided that we have made commercially reasonable efforts to operate.
Disputes
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes that cannot be resolved by direct contact will be handled through binding arbitration in London, UK.
