- Will the QR code work at our remote venue?
- Guests record over cellular data or venue Wi-Fi. The recording uploads in the background; if signal drops, the file queues and uploads when connection returns. No app required.
- Can guests who couldn't fly out still leave a message?
- Yes. Share the same QR link on your wedding website, in a group chat, or by email — anyone with the link can leave a recording. Mark the live ones with a pre-event prompt and the remote ones with their own.
- What about guests with older phones?
- Anything that opens a web page can record. The browser handles audio capture — no app store, no permissions beyond microphone access on the day.
- How do we project messages at a beach or villa with no AV setup?
