- Can the QR code print on recycled or seed paper?
- Yes. The QR is supplied as a high-resolution PNG / SVG that prints reliably onto matte recycled stock, kraft, or seed paper. Test-scan one before the event.
- Are the recordings stored efficiently?
- Audio files are small (a few MB each) and stored on shared cloud infrastructure that's already running. No bespoke servers spun up per event.
- What about guests who don't want to use a phone?
- Pair the QR card with a small note inviting handwritten messages on the same recycled paper if they prefer. Many eco couples already do this for their menus.
- Where is the data hosted?
- The audio cleanup runs in the EU and auto-deletes within 7 days. Cleaned files + transcripts live on Supabase (US-East). Full detail in our privacy policy.
