- What if the venue has no signal at all?
- VoiceMark queues recordings offline in the browser and uploads them as soon as a guest's phone gets signal again — typically when they leave the venue or move to a higher point. Nothing is lost.
- How do we keep the QR card intact in bad weather?
- Print on cardstock and laminate, or use an outdoor-rated sign holder. We recommend a 105 mm × 148 mm (A6) format with the QR centered and the prompt in 18 pt minimum.
- Can guests record outside, with wind noise?
- The cleanup pass removes ambient wind, music, and crowd chatter where it can. On the rare clip where the room is too loud for cleanup to work, the recorder warns the guest before they hit submit.
- What if guests are scattered across an estate?
- Print the QR card on multiple signs and place them at the welcome point, the bar, and the dance area. One QR, multiple physical surfaces — guests scan whichever they pass.
